Project of an apartment in the Nomentano district of Rome
Renovation project of an apartment located in the Palazzo Federici complex designed in 1931 by the rationalist architect Mario De Renzi, in the Nomentano district of Rome. The renovation project involved the entire apartment providing a different distribution of space to the benefit of the living area.

The studio was born from the association of a group of young freelance architects who have established over the years a relationship of systematic and organic collaboration, as well as a solid and sincere friendship

The firm operates in the fields of architectural design, construction management, coordination of safety on site, devoting itself in recent years in particular to conservative restoration and valorization of buildings also of value in the landscape and history of Lazio, in Tuscany and Umbria, with implementation of seismic and energy performance, following the whole complex process aimed at achieving the tax Bonus 110%. The Team is composed of architects Mario Augusti, Tania Castagno and Francesco Giannini, has its headquarters in Via Como n. 17 – 00161 – Rome

Thanks to the demolition of some internal partitions, a large bright and functional open space was created, directly connected with two large door windows to the terrace of the apartment.
