The flat is located on the seventh floor and is part of an eight floor building dating from 1910/1920 located in Naples.

Studio Carleo


The flat, extends over an internal area of 156 sq m. plus two balconies, from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Naples’ center. The apartment is made of one bedroom, kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room and a study, the project involved a new layout of interior spaces, enhancing large representative rooms.

Classic style

The renovation consisted in the demolition of the internal not bearing walls, and the reconstruction of the same according to a new arrangement, following a project with a style requested by the owner and following a path already started in the previous house, designed by our studio, which included a classic style with modern furnishings.

Quadrotte floor

This request was also made by the owners to relocate and insert some objects and furniture in classic style that they wanted to reuse for affection reasons.
To meet these requests, it was planned to insert a prestigious floor that would enhance the listed features, and the choice fell on a pre-finished oak flooring made of Quadrotte, in harmony with the decorations and lacquered wood frames, exalting the classic, elegant rigor and great warmth of the house.
